Texas Winter Wheat Whiskey releases Saturday 10 October
Our Texas Winter Wheat Whiskey is released at the tasting room on Saturday 10 October. There are 106 bottles, $80 at the till, tax in, and two per person by Texas law. Doors and bottles at 2. Live music from 2 to 6, act to be announced, and Colin Boutwell 6 to 9.

Why we brew Czech lagers
Our four Czech lagers are here because of Andy Martinec. His family ran Al's BBQ in Temple for years, and in that same building he opened Tanglefoot Brewing and made Czech lagers.

We make the bologna
Beef bologna by the pack, made from our own beef.

By the cut
Ground beef, roast, round steak, beef bacon, sirloin, ribeye, New York strip, tenderloin filet. Bratwurst, garlic bohemian, hotdogs, bologna, snack sticks — all of it beef, all of it ours.

Cheese curds
Cheesy lumps of yumminess.

The cigar lounge
Pull up a chair. Everything on the cigar list is cut, lit and enjoyed right here.

Deviled eggs
Six halves, when available.

Fried bologna panini
Our own beef bologna, fried and pressed.

How we raise it
Our cattle are born here, raised here and finished here. Pasture-backed and grain-finished on feed we grow ourselves, which is the same grain that goes into our whiskey. Nothing gets bought in at the last minute and relabeled.

We are not sourcing it
Every grain in every whiskey on our list was grown on our own place here in Bell County. Corn, wheat, rye, oats. Cut in our fields and carried a few hundred yards to the still, where we mill, ferment, distill, barrel and bottle it.

Twelve inches
Cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, chicken bacon ranch — and a hamburger pizza built on burger sauce with our own 90/10 ground beef, onions, pickles and cheddar.

Poutine
Our fries, cheese curds, brown gravy.

Salads
Steakfinger, hamburger or grilled chicken, on fresh local lettuce, dressed to your liking.
