You must be of legal drinking age

We brew, distil and serve alcohol. By using this site you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your state. We ask for identification in the room and we can refuse service.

What is on the site

These pages describe the room, what we make, what is on the menus and who is playing. Line-ups, menus, prices, hours and availability all change, sometimes at short notice, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a contract.

The mailing list

If you join, we send occasional email about what is on, what we have released and what is coming up. Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link and you can leave at any time.

Accuracy

We keep the site as accurate as we can and cannot promise it is complete or current. Nothing here is professional or legal advice.

The words, photographs and recordings on this site are ours. Wilson Valley Mercantile is a registered trademark. Please ask before reusing any of it.
